TERMS OF SERVICE — MOTION CLUB

By accessing or purchasing from motionclub.com ("the Store"), you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. GENERAL
Motion Club is an online store selling sports apparel and accessories. We reserve the right to update or change these terms at any time. Continued use of the Store after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

2. ELIGIBILITY
By using this Store, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have the consent of a parent or guardian to make purchases.

3. PRODUCTS
We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any product and to discontinue any product at any time. Product colors and descriptions may vary slightly from what is shown on screen due to monitor settings and photography.

4. PRICING & PAYMENT
All prices are listed in the currency shown at checkout. Motion Club reserves the right to change prices at any time without notice. Payment must be completed in full before an order is processed. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, PayPal, and other methods listed at checkout.

5. ORDERS & SHIPPING
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Shipping times vary depending on your location. Motion Club is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs.

6. RETURNS & REFUNDS
Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on this Store — including logos, images, text, and design — is the property of Motion Club and may not be reproduced without written permission.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Motion Club shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or Store. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product in question.

9. PRIVACY
Your use of the Store is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Store, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described therein.

10. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Colombia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Barranquilla, Colombia, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
