SHIPPING POLICY — MOTION CLUB

Thank you for shopping with Motion Club. Please read our shipping policy carefully so you know what to expect after placing your order.

1. ORDER PROCESSING
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays. You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has shipped.

2. SHIPPING TIMES
We currently ship worldwide. Estimated delivery times are:

• Colombia & Latin America: 10–20 business days
• United States & Canada: 10–20 business days
• Europe: 15–25 business days
• Rest of the world: 15–30 business days

These are estimates only. Actual delivery times may vary due to customs processing, carrier delays, or high-demand periods.

3. SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order. Free shipping may be available on qualifying orders — check the current promotion at checkout.

4. TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can use this number to track your package through the carrier's website. Please allow 3–5 days for tracking information to update after shipment.

5. CUSTOMS & IMPORT DUTIES
For international orders, customs fees, import duties, or taxes may apply depending on your country's regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. Motion Club has no control over customs processes and cannot predict additional charges.

6. LOST OR DELAYED PACKAGES
If your package has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at juan.martelo@icloud.com . We will work with the carrier to locate your package. Motion Club is not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect addresses provided at checkout — please double-check your shipping details before placing your order.

7. INCORRECT ADDRESS
If you need to update your shipping address, contact us immediately at [your email]. We can only make changes before the order is shipped. Once shipped, we cannot redirect packages.
