RETURN & REFUND POLICY — MOTION CLUB

At Motion Club, your satisfaction matters to us. Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.

RETURNS
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for the following reasons only:
• The item arrived defective or damaged
• You received the wrong item

To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

We do not accept returns for:
• Change of mind or buyer's remorse
• Incorrect size ordered by the customer
• Items marked as sale or discounted

REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed as store credit or an exchange for the same item. Cash refunds are issued only in cases of items that cannot be replaced.

Refunds are not issued for shipping costs.

EXCHANGES
If you received a defective or incorrect item, we will exchange it at no additional cost to you. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

3. A brief description of the issue

We will respond within 1–2 business days.

SHIPPING COSTS FOR RETURNS
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the error was ours.
